My Story

My design odyssey began in the vibrant city of Cairo, Egypt 🇪🇬. Armed with a freshly minted BA in industrial design, I embarked on a quest to bridge the gap between products and people. My early projects took me on a fascinating exploration: optimizing user experiences in the cutting-edge realm of 3D printing, navigating the critical landscape of medical software, and even crafting user-friendly onboarding screens for the prestigious world of MCV Mercedes Benz.

Driven by a desire to push the boundaries of design, I set sail (well, hopped on a plane) for Milan, Italy 🇮🇹, to pursue a Master's degree in Product Design and Human Interaction. Immersing myself in this vibrant design hub, I delved deeper into the intricate dance between users and products. This newfound knowledge opened doors to the world of fashion, where I had the privilege of wielding my UX expertise to craft a captivating user experience for a renowned brand.

But the design bug wouldn't be satiated. The burgeoning world of web3 ignited my curiosity, leading me to Finland 🇫🇮, where I joined forces with a footwear company poised to take the plunge into this exciting new frontier. My mission? To guide them through this digital transformation by designing a user-centric website and online shopping experience.

Today, my journey finds me in the heart of Frankfurt, Germany 🇩🇪. At Maxon GmbH, I'm tackling a stimulating challenge: orchestrating a seamless customer journey across both software and website. By wielding the power of UX strategy and customer experience design, I strive to craft intuitive interactions that empower users and elevate their experience.
